Now periodically, they call me and keep trying to get full access to my computer. They never successfully fixed my computer, and I never approved any payment to them. Years ago, I had contacted them about a possible computer repair I needed. Now I have to check all my credit cards and my bank to make sure there is no charge from Any Desk. Any charges from Any Desk were not approved by me. They never finished or verified the refund the said they were giving me. As far as I was concerned, this was an attempt to steal my private information and rob me. I called, and after telling me that they needed me to down load some of their software in order to get my refund, they told me to grant them full access to my computer. and that I should call them back if I wanted this charge reversed.

Any Desk called me unsolicited and said they had charged my Visa account $300.
